About the Role
This is a combined operational and strategic role, to run Paid Media campaigns on Meta.
Working with the Client Partner and Performance Director, you will look after the daily campaign management, analysis and optimisation. You will also provide strategic support to the client that includes suggestions for tests and potential expansion opportunities. As you gain experience, you will be given more responsibility with client management, client comms and strategy to allow you the chance to develop and grow your skills.
Our Senior Media Buyer role is ideal for someone who enjoys the daily management of performance marketing campaigns but wants to expand their strategic influence and wants to work at a leading performance marketing agency. You must have experience running performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You must have excellent data skills and attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is process driven, meticulous, and has a passion for driving great results. You must be a good team player and able to prioritise a busy workload. This isn't for beginners.

Requirements:
Essential Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3-5+ years of FACEBOOK paid advertising experience
• Mandatory to have current experience with large advertisement budgets ranging from $500/day to $5,000/day ad spend
• Ability to think for yourself and make adjustments without being told
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Professionalism when communicating with clients
• Ability to work as a team and take constructive criticism
• Confident, assertive, results-driven, self-starter, and able to self-manage and interact with a marketing team
Desirables:
• Experience as an online business owner or solopreneur
• Experience with GoHighLevel
